Much does it cost? $10 for Dark

Don't want

purchase an R.I.P. Pass. This pass costs $30 and allows you
to move to the front of the line at both haunts! This pass
is not available online.
Group rates for 10 or more people are available online and
apply only to individual haunt passes. Discounted ticket prices
will appear when you enter the number of tickets you want
to purchase. Our deepest discount appears for groups of 15
or more.
FAQ
2:Is it scary?
Only a person who is really scared will ask this question.
Our answer will always be YES! We have done
our best to make Hauntedweb of Horrors a
scary place. We are "professional haunters" and are certain
Hauntedweb of Horrors will be frightfully
fun. You will want to go through again and again. If you leave
entertained, we have done our job.
FAQ 3: Can
the monsters (actors) touch me?
The theory is that if you don't touch them, they won't grab
you. Bear in mind that this is a work in progress and doesn't
always go according to plan! Of course, in the darker areas,
something may accidentally bump into you but our cast members
will probably not grab you. You may be grabbed by one of the
members of your own group who is too terrified to continue
without your help. FAQ 4: What if I touch an actor? You are not allowed to touch any props
or actors. However, our actors are trained to understand the
difference between an accidental touch and an intentional
touch. For example, if you're
feeling your way through the dark and your hand touches an
actor, this is an accident. The actor knows this, and he knows
he is taking this risk. However, if you come to Hauntedweb
of Horrors with the intent to prove what a tough
guy you are by punching actors or destroying scenery or both,
you will go to jail. If you were wondering if the actors would
touch you...that's an instance where they will definitely
touch you. Then a security guard will touch you, and then
another security guard will touch you until finally you end
up in the hands of a police officer. We take safety seriously.
FAQ 5:How long is the wait in line?
On the nights leading up to Halloween, expect a wait of 1
hour...more like 2 hours on Halloween. Now hold on! That's
not bad. Otherwise, come early on busy nights (weekends &
Halloween) or visit us early in the month when the lines are
short and our actors are hungry for you.
FAQ 6:
Is there a "Good Fairy" to accompany me?
Nope! If you are too afraid to continue, someone will have
to carry you out. No refunds either. If that is your next
question, thank you for the donation to the Youth Villages.
FAQ
7: Do you know where the bathroom is? Yes
we do. Oh...you mean you have to "USE the bathroom" ? Good
idea, wetting your pants in front of your friends IS embarrassing,
isn't it? There are portable toilets available on site. Suggestion...don't
drink
alot. Maybe you should go to the bathroom BEFORE you get in
line. If you leave the line for any reason you will have to
go back to the end. 'Depends' brand diapers could also be
a good investment for the night.
FAQ 8:How long does it take to go through? It varies. Some people run through as
fast as they can while others stroll through like they are
in the line at the DMV. On average, Dark Matter and
Tormented take around 15 to 20 minutes each. FAQ 9:Can
I bring my kids? You can bring
all of the kids you want, but remember that we provide an
EXTREMELY frightening adventure that may not be suited for
those of an impressionable age. If any kids (or adults) in
your group are too timid for it, they can wait for you outside.
Therapy for traumatized kids after visiting Hauntedweb
of Horrors is NOT included in the price of admission!
FAQ 10:Is there a place to eat nearby? Well it's eat-or-be-eaten in our neck
of the woods. Really, there are numerous resturants and bars
nearby. McDonalds and El Mexicana are in our parking lot.
Across the street is TJ Mulligans, Backyard Burger, Fox and
the Hound, Wendy's, Starbucks, Moe's...if you can't find a
place to eat you are blind and probably shouldn't be driving.
Oh, and if you need a change of underwear there is a Walmart
across the street as well.
FAQ 11:Are you handicapped
accessible? Absolutely! We are ADA compliant plus a
staff member can accompany your group if desired. Otherwise, you
can progress through safely and unattended as do all. FAQ 12:Is
photography allowed? Heck no! The Undead don't like their picture
taken... have you ever seen a zombie on the cover of The Inquirer?
Actually the main reason is for the safety of you and our actors.
The flash could temporarily blind our actors and could cause accidents.
Also pausing to take pictures slows down the line behind you.
Photos outside the haunt with the actors can be arranged on breaks.
FAQ 13:Is
it scary? Stop asking that question! I already answered
in FAQ 2!
If you would like to submit a question,
please feel free to do so, it might wind up on this list! We look
forward to seeing you at one of the scariest most innovative haunted
attraction in Memphis, Tennessee.
